R.E.AC.H. Youth Services Division is a leader on the Haldimand – Norfolk Youth Justice Liaison Committee.  This group of people involved with youth justice in Haldimand and Norfolk Counties.  We meet quarterly to network, identify concerns, problem solve issues and advocate for meaningful services and programs.  This group has recently successfully advocated for high school liaison officers being placed all Norfolk County High Schools.
